Got a message from the IT-unit of Kungsbacka which told me my case was closed. After som mailtrafic with my boss, me, another boss and the IT-unit, I got "ok" from IT-unit of Kungsbacka to make an extra order outside their normal and formal obligation and order a configuration for a couple of smart phone models which will make it possible to use the surfzone. Finally.
Was at the IHM business school in a course preparing for 1 to 1. Last time I was there, I couldn't access their surfzone. This time however, they had fixed the problem, all within a short period. What can I say? There is obviously different standards and approaches in how to meet customers needs. I know at least who gainef the extra customers.
